Parent volunteers for Tuesday APRIL 16TH: Thanks to the following parents for supervising the lunch room as scheduled below. Your role is to keep cases etc. organized and space clear for students to be quiet and comfortable while waiting and. They should remain in the lunch room until called to perform Thank you!

Supervision Schedule:

So far only 3 parents have volunteered:

  1. Kaleen Daley- 4:30 to 5:00 pm

  2. Ayo - 5:30 to 6:00 pm

  3. Mercy- 6 to 6:30 pm

  4. Lian Fen-5 to 5:30 pm

Student performers:

  • time to arrive at Towers ? : 4:30 pm. Go directly to the lunch room

  • bring? music listed in today’s homework, IN A FOLDER; music stand, & instrument

  • wear ? Intermediates, MATT t-shirts,dress skirt/pants/shoes

    Refreshments: Thank you for allowing our guests only to share the party room refreshments until after 6;30 . You will receive snacks in the lunch room after you perform. Please be prepared to wait quietly until your play time.. Brings homework a book etc.

    3. LAST ROSE /ROSEBUD CONCERT this year. “ Spring Awakening” April 27 8 2 pm. Tickets will arrive by Apr 23.

    4. NEW MAY Calendar has been sent with changes :

    ADD Victoria Day holiday May 20, AND Playathon Saturday May 25 (not May 18th)
